 Hello, friends. Welcome back to the New Era of Wild Growth. Today we are taking you behind the scenes of our virtual event in January. When we first designed this event, it wasn't meant to be just another woman's conference. We wanted TEDx style brilliance. We wanted female founders, truth tailing.

We wanted safety to be. Messy. We wanted strategy to be smart, and we wanted the community where no one's success threatened the room. Every speaker, every sponsor, every conversation, it was like, oh, this movement isn't cute.

It's powerful. Today we're gonna talk about some of the women that are taking our stage and some of the awesome things that are planned behind the scenes

called the Momentum Reset Building a year. That works as hard as you do, and I know all my ladies out there work so hard, but you're entering the new year with ideas and no clear rhythm to carry 'em, or you feel like your goals look great on paper, but fall apart in the rush of real life. Then this is the event that you need to be at.

We have. 12 amazing speakers on January 15th from 12 to 4:00 PM one of my favorite is Sarah Beth Herman. She is the neuroscience queen, business mind, and really human her talk is the intersection of brain science, emotional regulation, and the honest truth about being brilliant while also being.

Actual human, a woman, with a nervous system. I asked her what she was excited about and she said someone finally made an event where women don't have to pretend like they're robots. Which I just, I love, right? I asked her, what are you scared of? And she said that saying the part of my story I've avoided for years, but I know someone in the audience needs it.

That is wild growth. I will be on stage talking about the pivot and the courage it took the late nights, wondering if this was even working.

And my favorite, the holy Shit. We're actually doing this revelation and remind everyone that no matter how strong you are, support is a strategy. We have so many other. Powerhouse speakers storytellers, clarity Queens, system and process people. I mean, it just goes on and on and you'll hear each of the stories.
