I'm Bridget Brooks, growth founder and CEO, and it's time for you to pull up a chair.

Because you're in the right room Today, we're diving into something that's been pounding on my heart, like a toddler with metal spoons in a kitchen pot, the power of connection and community. Let's get real for a second. If you're anything like me, ambitious, big hearted and allergic to mediocre rooms, then you've probably had a moment where you've tried the whole, I'll just do it myself.

Routine and girl, same. I spent months, well. Honestly, years trying to find my people to find a room where I didn't have to shrink, translate myself or pretend that I wasn't the fullest version of me to find a community that actually saw me, not just my highlight reel. And listen, sometimes I thought I found it only to realize the vibes weren't vibing like the time.

A CEO of one community literally stood me up. Twice for a call that I was supposedly invited to, and there I was still hanging around like I was auditioning for America's Next Top community member. Spoiler alert, I was not. But why did I hang on so long? Because I wanted the connection so badly. I craved community and I ignored that giant neon.

Not your pupil, not your people. Sign blinking above my head. And I ignored that giant neon, not your people sign blinking above my head. Meanwhile, I was busy hunting for a community that I didn't even realize I was building one right here. The power of connection isn't cute. It's crucial. Let's officially retire the idea that connection is some fluffy, feel good extra no connection is infrastructure.

It's the scaffolding woman like us that need to rise without falling apart under pressure. Connection sparks innovation. It dissolves doubt, and it builds courage. When you plug into the right women, it's like striking a match in a room full of candles. One light becomes dozen community turns isolation into inspiration, pressure into possibility.

Can I do this? And to watch me do this, yes, you're powerful on your own, but with the right women beside you, you become unstoppable. Find your cathedral people. People talk about building empires and that's cute. But what I'd like to say is that we're building cathedral structures that are sacred, intentional, strong, and big enough to hold the vision that we carry.

Your cathedral, people don't just clap for your wins. They study you during your falls. They don't compete with you. They conspire for you. They don't just believe in your potential. They reflect it back and they believe it too. These are the people who turn your quiet dreams into loud realities.
